Duration of 200 hour Yoga TTC: 28 days or 4 weeks

Restrictions: Students are not allowed to consume alcohol, drugs or non-vegetarian food during this period. Since yoga detoxifies your body, it is advisable for one’s own good to resist these things to see results.
